DULCE (sweet) FUEGO (fire)
Dulce de Leche TFA 5.5%
Black Fire FA 3%
Notes:
--this is not an "in your face" tobacco vape. It's more like a fresh drag of very light, high-end-deluxe-type cig mingled with the last bite/taste of creme brulee. I find it extremely satisfying, and it's been the major part of my daily rotation for months (it's the one I'll panic over if I don't have enough for 'tomorrow').
--the flavors don't change much from steeping, although it does mellow a bit to become fuller and more well-rounded
--too much Black Fire = bacon
--too much Dulce de Leche overwhelms the Black Fire
--a nic that's 'strong' in flavor causes a need for a bit more flavoring - just like it does with all recipes. We've used ECX, Nude Nic, and WZL nics in this recipe at 12%...ECX & NN - perfect. WZL nic has a stronger flavor (to us) and caused a need for more flavoring (but we didn't want to bother figgering out 'how much more', so we just dumped it in with the big bottle and vaped it up.)
--I can't imagine 'adding' anything to this without having to up the percentage of the flavors - but something very subtle might work without changing the base recipe. There are many flavors that might work with it, but everytime I get serious about adding something my inner-voice says, "But it's perfect already. Leave it alone!"...and so I do.
'Hope you enjoy it as much as I do!
[Edit: Yes, I did put our 'name' in the title. Yes, we are very proud of the vapes we create that we consider to be fantastic (as well as 'finished'). Fwiw-fyi, if we post a recipe, we've already done weeks/months worth of experimenting and we've vaped 'the finale' for several weeks/months. So you don't have worry about mixing it up and then seeing a bunch of posts telling how we changed it to make it better. (It's fine that others do that, but it's just not our style).
Also, currently, the max-size batch we make is 60 mls. I've never had a 60 ml bottle last more than 5-6 weeks, so I don't know if this will change after sitting around longer than that.]
