The article focuses on Chinese products that have been found to contain contaminates. This shouldn't surprise anything. They have led in toys and last month killed a bunch of dogs with bad dog treats. How about they test some US made juices from some of our favored vendors like Mt Baker Vapor, Good Life Vapor, Ahlusions, Vixen Vapor, HHH, etc. I doubt they will have the same results.
