Website Miscategorization: Magenta OVKs

I just received my big total=40% off order (THANKS, V4L! ), and noticed something weird (I was too tired when I ordered to catch it): the Magenta Original Vapor King batteries are offered under the category of "Vapor Titan batteries", and not under the OVK category. This goes for both the auto and the manual.

Alas, this means that the site charges VT prices for Magenta OVK batteries (which are definitely not​ VTs) -- as it did on my order.

Mark or someone at V4L, you should probably get this fixed ASAP. I will contact CS about the overcharge on my order.

Um, July 10th now, 5:30pm Central time . . . and this is still not fixed.

And the response I got from CS was completely non-comprehending of the actual problem, and I have yet to get a response to my response to their reply . . .

What's weird is last few times I ordered KD's I was sent Titans without the overcharge. But the draw on the auto Titans are not as good as the diamonds. The best are the Xtra long stealth autos that I am waiting on....

The draw on the manuals seems to be to be the same for both OVK Diamonds and VTs -- and I love it! (I don't own any stealths.)

OK, we have gotten to the bottom of this. There are OVK Diamond Magenta batteries, and Magenta Vapor Titan batteries. The XL Magenta's were missing from the site, which will be corrected shortly.

LOL yup, I made Wade go pull one from stock just to make sure I was correct that they existed. Sure is pretty sitting on my desk
