I have been trying to get to the new site with no luck. What is the new ETA?

We had some issues with migration so we are going to try again. Our new goal is to have it done over a 4 hour period in the middle of the night, for minimal disruption.

We will announce as soon as the new site goes live. We had some issues so the old site is back. But the moment it is running, we'll announce and issue the prizes.

no problems, this is a big site, lots of goodies there with one stop shopping so i guess i understand

We are doing some incremental upgrades in the background now. Our new plan is to have something in place March 17th. So I hope it goes smoothly. The biggest challenge is making sure all the order info from previous orders go to the new site. There were a few hiccups last time where some order info did not move on to the new site...

I will keep you updated as soon as I know more!

We are syncing now in smaller increments. We have to do several small syncs to avoid the long downtime. Our goal is to have 4 hours of downtime in the middle of the night. If all goes well, we should be live early next week. As soon as we do go live, and it is working well, we will issue the GC's for the new website. Sorry for the long delay! This was a lot more challenging than we expected

Not a problem. I have worked with computers and systems and it is a tricky business. What you think will work and what does are two different things. Can't wait.

Yes, we thought it was going to be a simple move, but we encountered some issues due to the amount of customizations we have. So now we are doing it in several stages. I will keep you posted

Search isn't working as well as some areas on the right side which I believe should be showing best sellers or such are not showing up as well.

Thanks. The search doesn't work well. We are looking at some others that should hopefully pull better results! It is on the list for the next few days.

The right side issue seems to happen on some browsers. Can you tell me which browser you are using?
