Website Update - 8/7/09

Hey Everyone,

Well, I have a little bad news. The juice did not make it to Chris today as expected. So, any orders that were to ship 8/10 will most likely not go out until 8/13 or 8/14. Chris expects there to be a lot of backorders to fill by then, so please be patient or wait to place your order until all glitches have been addressed.

As well, you WILL NOT be notified via e-mail when your order ships - this is very temporary. It is not integrated with this new site, so for about 10 days there won't be shipping notices sent out. Please do not send a PM asking about your shipment until after 8/17/09. Chris cannot fill orders and answer all of my e-mails to him and stay caught up.

The website designer for the new site left for vacation this morning and that is why the website cannot be updated and hence the update here.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause but hope that you understand that this is just another temporary bump in the road. Just know that Chris is working very hard to make your experience with him one of the best!

I received this from one of our users and found it most helpful, because I was having some issues myself. So I asked for and was given permission to post it here for others.

"Hey mamacat,
I was having problems with logging in to the wholesale part of the temporary website myfreedomsmoke.com. I figured out a workaround. If running IE8 go into tools, internet options, and add it as a trusted site. You might want to share that with the group as I noticed a couple of others on the forum were getting blocked as well. I will also pass the info to Chris if you would like. Have a great day."
