We would like to apologize for the continued delay in our website being down. We were really hoping that the launch of our new website would run smoothly and would affect our customers as little as possible. Unfortunately this has not been the case and we very much apologize for this down time.
We have people working round the clock trying to rectify the issues and we very hopeful that at some point tonight we will be back in business with a new glossy site. Thank you to all of our customers for your support and your patience.
Thanks. We did have some issues and had to get it back up. Some of the data did not transfer correctly, and after too much down time, we decided to just put the old site back up.
We are going to do the next one in the middle of the night, with a max down time of 4 hours.
Our ticket system is temporarily down as well. We should have it back up shortly. You can always give us a call at 1-888-418-2215 if you have an issue that needs attention before the ticket system goes live again.
