Confused..... Open again or still shut down?

So last night I noticed there was a new message on the page, they no longer said they had reached capacity and closed for the day and would be reopening at 8am pst. Now I come home from work tonight and it again says again that capacity was reached, closed for the day and reopening at 8am pst.

So my question..... were they open today? or are they just playing with the the message and making me get my hopes up that they will actually be open tomorrow?

I'm so confused, if only there was a new update how the process is going or if it's even moving forward.

Also, I wonder if the plan is to keep the site completely offline once capacity is reached when they are open. It sure would be nice to be able to browse the site, maybe register too. Was this covered in any of the updates that we have received? If it was I think I missed it.

No open today. Nothing I've seen, and I've tracked all threads, about portions opening, etc. No update for 9 days now <sigh>
