I have tried logging in using new passwords sent to me via email. Those don't work!
I have tried calling in to your store number and no one answers the phone???
What is going on here? I really like several of your products but if I am unable to log-in or reach you via phone how can we connect here?

Update:
I finally got
through via phone and talked to Adrienne. She is very helpful and we got the order placed. Her IT guy was there and even he stated that he didn't know what was causing the issues. They also suggested that IF necessary I'll have to make a new account with a different email address and then they'll combine the accounts. Apparently this has happened a few times in the past.
Regardless... thank you for helping me via phone and getting my order shipped out today.
Adrienne rocks! Give her a raise!
