Also wanted to let you guys know we're going back to the way we used to do things. Have had an employee here helping with packing orders for about the last 6 months or so. We had to let her go last week because of the frequency she was getting orders out.
That has proven out to not work out so well. So, effective immediately, I'll be taking care of everything again. If you want it done right, you have to do it yourself. Expect tracking confirmations and daily shipping to return. I don't appear to have the same problem with the tracking confirmations that she did.
I can't leave all the responsibility for this with her, a great deal of it falls on my shoulders for not properly supervising the situation. Sorry for letting you guys down. I hope I will continue to see your support.
