That's ok...I am in love with my new istick 20 I just got and I have been vaping it just around the 10w mark and it's perfect....so I know I would keep the mini in my purse ready to go anywhere even tho it is only 10 w. I am glad you are enjoying your sub tank...everyone seems to love them, I should get a istick 30 to use the sub tank....yikes i am getting greedy....I want all the new toys!!!

Not greedy, you are now finding out what you like for equipment. Once you get some things you are really happy with, it will slow down some. :)

I gotta say I too am loving the iSticks! I've had a 50 watter for a short time now and I'm amazed by it, (a blue one) everything it does is great! I have a sub tank mini on it and is superb! The long battery life is great and I can sit here on the PC with the pass thru USB and then it's always fully charged! It is a fine piece and the fit & finish and all are perfect! I just got an iStick 20 that I won and it is really cool too and is so tiny compared, as I thought the 50 was small! My wife took over the 20 and waiting to hear from her on how she likes it at work, I just know she's just loving it! I'm going to get me an iStick 30 now and that will be my to go device, along with a smaller tank configuration! :) :vapor:

I am glad you reminded me about the pass through. I could not due that with the aspire I have. What kind of charger are you using or your wife using with the I sticks. I just charged it with a kindle charger yesterday....I wonder if it matters? Maybe I should buy one especially for the I stick but there are so many chargers around here I didn't even think about it until you mentioned pass thru.

I expect you can just use it with your cellphone charger. No need to buy a new charger for it. :) I charge things like my MVP with the cellphone charger I keep in the car, and I keep another one at home, as well as one at work, so I'm always prepared! I used to do that with my E-Mech as well, until I broke the USB port in it.

Hi Ladybear, didn't you get a USB cable with your iStick? That's all you need since it's an internal battery and you can plug it right into your PC USB and as long as the computer is on, it charges and you can vape while it's charging, that's the pass thru capability of it. You also need an electric wall plug adapter, so you can plug in this same USB cord into it and plug it into your elec wall outlet to charge this way too! You also should have gotten an ego adapter with your iStick, as this would be used for some smaller tanks if you have any that have the inner type ego threads. I hope this helps and if this is what you meant! Yea, you don't want to use any kind of charger for this, it only needs the USB plugged into a PC, or into the adapter for the wall outlet, that's it...it's so simple, yet works so good! SD

I like my 50w (black), too. The quibbles I have with it are:

1) Phantom Firing: I occasionally get an instance where pressing the button does not fire or fires only for a short time. Perhaps I'm not pushing the button hard enough to keep the connection steady or maybe mine has a production defect. It doesn't happen often enough to make me dislike it, but it does happen. It may also be responsible for quibble #2.

2) Even when locked, you can still switch from wattage mode to voltage mode and vice versa. I sometimes end up switching when trying to resolve quibble #1. This doesn't really affect my vape, but it can be annoying when I'm vaping in wattage mode, accidentally switch to voltage, and then switch back to wattage because the wattage will then default to the lowest wattage for that voltage (they are not exact because of rounding).

As for the smaller iSticks, I like my 30w over my 20w simply because it is tuned better and steps down at lower voltage/wattages. Also, although the two are basically the same size/shape, I like the feel of it in my hand better than the 20w (maybe because of the "spoiler" on the top).

Well just to let you know Count, I haven't experienced any issues with the fire button on my 50 watt, it is clicky & solid & have never had a firing issue.
That's interesting, I just tried locking mine and you're right, you can still switch between W's & V's, huh! It seems that when it's locked, everything should be locked? Well, now I'll be watching this but maybe no problem and don't think that really bothers me, I think. Well I hope that firing issue will be ok with yours and I'm going to definitely get a 30 watt stick for sure and thanks for this info! :)
