This gave me an idea...

I was gonna make some of those with Candy Corn left over from Halloween, but I also have some Gingerbread marshmallows I got on sale (they're even shaped like little gingerbread men!!) so I think I'll use those instead, and maybe put some mini chocolate chips in, too... or sprinkle them on top... not sure which.

I'll let you know how they come out!!


(maybe call them Gingerbread Chocolate Chip Rice Krispie Treats??)
