So, I haven't seen anything on this and I was wondering if anyone else has any thoughts or experiences to share on this topic.

I am 2 days shy of 90 days being analogue free and for the first time ever in all of my attempts of quitting analogues, I haven't gained any weight. :D:D:D Has anyone else had a similar experience? :vapor:

I have gained a bit... but not a lot.

Certainly I expected to gain a lot more. I'm at 5 or 6 months depending on where I count from.

One reason I got into vaping was to take care of the hand to mouth habit that always made me gain a ton of weight whenever I quit smoking. I'm less than 90 days from the day I quit, and doing quite well. I'm eating a lot better now (had a problem when I was smoking and kept losing too much weight) but haven't seen the extreme weight gain or puffiness as I used to when I would stop smoking.

I just went to the dr's this am after my comp class. I stepped on the scales and there were 9 extra lbs!! I've had a rough time gaining weight in the past 3 yrs or so and my peeps have been worried. I kinda was too. I DO have a much healthier appetite these days. I don't crave the sweets so much because I vape 'em, but I can eat plates of REAL food like there's no tomorrow. I really need to watch though, don't wanna go overboard!

On other quitting attempts I gained quite a bit of weight. I would stuff my face to avoid picking up an analog. But when I vape I really don't notice much of a gain as I don't eat as much. I would have to take my pv out of my mouth to eat and I don't really want to do that lol.

I've actually lost weight, since I started vaping. I think a lot of it has to do with vaping mostly sweet flavors so I don't crave sweets like I once did

Same here. I put on a pair of jeans I hadn't worn in a month or so, and they were LOOSE!! Got on the scale and I'd lost 10 pounds.

I think my senses are saturated enough with the e-flavor, that I don't get cravings, anymore. And when I do, it's for e-food! :p

I've been able to drop a lot of weight actually. I started jogging and riding my bike a lot... you should have seen how insane I looked when jogging, I was laughing maniacally because I was tracking my jogs in MILES, not minutes. (I've never been a runner, even before smoking)

After a short vacation where I really didn't work out or eat right, and now that the cold weather is hitting Chicago, I've gained a bit back but I don't attribute any of it to vaping. Vaping has done nothing but allow me to loose weight... when I want.
