Has anyone experienced weight gain switching from analogs to PV's? As we all know, when you quit analogs, 10-20 lb. gain is more common than not.

I gained weight when I cold-turkeyed the cigs, but it was me eating away my stress for sure!
Before I started diet / exercise I was eating 6000 calories per day. Now doing 2600-3000 on average with a few days of the month 1800-2400. Even at 3000 a day I'm currently gaining weight again
Weight control is very frustrating yet rewarding. I sympathize with anyone who is doing the same.
yeah! It was insane.. I don't think I could ever go back to that much. Weight 220 lbs at 6000k per day. Just eat fast food meals 3x per day and you'll hit 6000 easy. A McDonalds supersized meal can be easily 2000 in one sitting.
I did 1500-1800 per day for a year but found myself starving all the time, also couldn't build up any muscle that way. Low calorie intake will cause the body to eat muscle up for energy instead of fat. Everyone's different...
Right now 2600-3000 is too much, and am planning to max out at 2400. I count calories with ease now because I know practically everything's caloric value by heart. IF not a google search suffices.
I've noticed I lose 5 lbs in 3 days just by eating 2000 per day. However, I think 5 lbs in one week is unhealthy. Perfect weight loss is 1 lbs / week but yeah I've never been able to do that.. Always lose more or gain more.. lol
