I bought 3 different cartomizers for my eGo:
1. Dual Coil LR 2.5 ml.

2. Regular Resistance XL 2.0 ml.

3. Regular Resistance large diameter 2.5ml.

My Ego has a stabilized output of 3.2 Volts.
the 1st cartomizer lasted for half a day then stopped conducting electricity (Not heating, No flow of electricity what so ever) It was always full, and I just kept adding a 5-10 drops before each use.
The 2nd cartomizer lasted for 3 days, then ended with a similar fate.
the 3rd lasted one full day, then when I dropped it on the floor it stopped working in that similar way.
Then this is the weird part, after the 3rd catromizer stopped working, I tried to put back the 1st carto and it started working again. I don't know what is going on here, and why did it take a whole week for the 1st carto to resurrect on its own. The others still don't work.
The Q is, do you recognize this problem? and how do you prevent or overcome it?

I would definitely test the resistance on the bad (?) cartomizers and I would test the voltage output of the battery again to see if Playa is onto something.

I'm surprised that you got three different types and didn't get one of these http://www.vaporbeast.com/SMOKTECH_Clear_EGO_type_Dual_Coil_Cartomizers_p/c9.htm
I got one a couple weeks ago. It's still going strong and has vaporized a heck of a lot of juice since then.
They have them in metal too http://www.vaporbeast.com/Mega_Smok_Tech_Ego_Dual_Coil_Cartomizers_p/c7.htm
A few different places sell these, this is just where I bought mine. The dual coils eat up the battery in no time though.

Thanks guys, I found the problem. The cartomizer's metal end plate (battery side) was pushed 1 mm inward, so i used a screwdriver to pull it just slightly out. Now the SMOK (#1) is working. The other two just had very loose metal plates (knob things with the hole) and the coil (that was supposed to be connected to it) was out of place, and I can't seem to make them touch.
