Weird.. My small cartomizers aren't working with the LavaTube, but..

Its weird, the smaller sized cartomizers that I got with my 510 usb kit from a mall kiosk aren't firing at all with my LavaTube/Vtube, but the large, or XL cartomizers DO work with the Lava/Vtube. I have tried all different voltages with the smaller ones and they just don't seem to work. Today, one of my LARGE cartomizers didn't work.

Are my cartomizers dying because they are sitting without any juice in them? I am worried about this, so I may come home and add some juice to each one (but this is not cost efficient for me, I will be wasting juice) So is there any reason why the smaller ones aren't working at all and now one of the larger ones I picked up and popped on it didn't work either? I'm pretty sure they are 510 cartos, they have to be, right?

They are stainless steel cartomizers if that helps. I have to go to work now but I'll be back around 10am. I am hoping someone will help me here because I have no clue whats going on :S Thank you! (hopefully the cartomizer I filled just now will last me through work, but I do have the atomizer Apollo gave me just in case) OK thanks!

Did you try pulling the center post of your cartos out a little? They may not be making contact. Do you have a meter to check the ohms or see if they died?

It's difficult to tell without knowing all the pieces parts you're using. Also are you trying to fire the cartos with no juice in them?

Ok, in reading your posts you have another brand of vtube and I also see that you dropped it and having problems with the buttons, does this sound about right?

It's difficult to help without all of the facts, I would really recommend that you contact where you purchased this from if you aren't certain what cartos can be used with it & also to be sure that the unit isn't malfunctioning.

This is exactly what happened to me. I ended up returning/exchanging the device and buying a 510 to 510 adapter so that i don't even have to look at the tube's post again.

AH, I tried pulling the cartomizer's center posts forward and they are working well now. I also fiddled with the Vtube's 510 battery connection center post, which is just a little round platform with a root that goes into a hole. I didn't have to mess with it, but I thought it might make my hits more powerful. Since messing with the Vtube's center post, I have had no problems, it is staying right where it should be. I guess I should have pulled the cartomizer's post out before freaking out.

Should have seen me at work one night. Batteries and mods all over the desk pulling my hair out 'til I figured out it was the center post. The guys got quite a good laugh watching the mental melt down!
