Weird lavatube v2 issue (new member)

Hey everyone,

I recently purchased a used lava tube package of eBay. When I got the device right out of the box it wasn't working, the mod will turn on and I can adjust the voltage but a soon as I hit the fire button nothing happens and the screen goes blank(but doesn't turn off). I tried charging the battery all the way up and cleansed the threads.

has this happened to any of you guys? I called the volcano headquarter obviously they couldn't replace the device because it wasn't bought from them but the said it might be a connection error?

ive found a site that fixes mods but I wanted to see if any of you had some fixes.

i think your out of luck here man, it sounds like a problem with the board to me. if cleaning and a fresh battery arent helping i think you got a broken device. maybe contact the seller unless it was sold as is.

if you know someone who can fix it thats probably your only choice at this point, sucks, but sorry.
