weird problem today

I keep having the weirdest problem with ECF today, which has never happened before -- *while* I'm typing, somehow my cursor is no longer in the text-entry area -- and at one point, when I was trying to tag a member, (it just did it again, my cursor no longer in the text entry field!) -- while trying to tag a member, I typed the @ and then started on his username so the popup would jump up and let me select him -- it would popup, but before I could get the mouse onto his name, it would disappear -- this happened over and over and over! It's infuriating!!! And also -- when I want to go back and fix a typo -- I select the text I want to type over, but after I select the text, and it's got the blue background -- suddenly the background will be gray, and I can't type over it, I have to re-select it -- this happened over and over too.

Please, please, please, fix this, it's driving me completely out of my mind!!!

Just did it again... 4 times while trying to get this post started! It's happening in almost every post i've made today, and I have NEVER seen this behavior before, on ANY site!

i was getting a 404 error for a few minutes , a few minutes ago.

I was also getting 404 errors for a while about 20 minutes ago (which is why I came to Site Feedback & Help) and I'm now having the same problem as @AndriaD - it's taken me 10 minutes to get these 2 lines typed in !

If I keep my pointer in the box all is good if I move it out it messes up,I think they are still messing with the software

Exactly the same here Andria,

Lol, I kept trying to beat the pop up popping down, but lost every time

Try inserting a Picture or Smiley and it always Inserts it into the Fist Space of the Reply/Post text box.

Earlier when I tried the smiley pull-down, I couldn't get it to pull down at all; took about 5 tries to make it work. And still getting the lost-cursor aggravation, right here in this post.

Well, it seems to be fixed today -- haven't lost my cursor yet, and was able to tag someone by clicking their name in the popup list -- THANK YOU !!!!!!!!!!!!
