weird small piece fell out of my cartomizer

Hi I was putting in juice into a brand new empty cartomizer from v4l and this very small piece of plastic came out of the hole . Can I still use the cartomizer without this round plastic piece ?
It came out from the center of the hole where the polyfiber stuff is after I was doing the spin thing to free up more space for juice.
Any idea?

Try it see if it works if it dosen't trash it and start over.

Is it a clear silicone ring? If so that helps (not stops) to prevent the liquid from getting in your mouth. Some people take them out some always put them back. One side has a groove, that groove should face to the interior of the cartomizer.

i dont think it will work now. i believe that plastic piece is the flux capacitor

I've got Boge and SLB's and one has that piece, one doesn't. Functionally it shouldn't matter if it's there or not. If you're concerned about it try to stick it back in.

Maybe you should post this in the V4L sub forum? Give a bit of a better description of the piece that fell out. They would probably replace it in your next order if they knew what happened.
