Weird

I can see on the main page that my thread posted, but I can't access it.

I am aware that the icons in the navigation bar are browser specific, but I have always had the blue one (pictured below). When I try to access a thread and it goes to a white page and won't load, I see the black and white symbol. I've never seen that before and it had me concerned that it was some kind of redirect, but I guess not, since it doesn't go anywhere. I just thought I'd let you know the minute details, since I'm just like that.

Just wanted to inform you that I accessed your thread without any problems and am still seeing the blue icon you posted above on my tab.

Nevermind - I see that you edited your post saying that the problem went away.

Lasted at least 10 minutes for me, then I gave up came back and it's working again. Had the problem in Firefox and IE.

We just did a forum software upgrade so there are dozens of loose ends to find and fix. This is the problem with updating - if you have a basic website then it's no problem, but this site is so complex they have to be ex space shuttle engineers to work on it.

Please allow a couple of weeks to pass before worrying too much, things get fixed daily. By all means post about the issues, it helps the techies find and fix them. Just don't worry too much about it till they've had a couple of weeks to do the snagging

Not sure if that translates too well but in the building trade (construction) or anything similar, where I live, after the job is done it's time to go round fixing the problems - this is called 'snagging'. Fixing the snags or problems.
