Hi all.
Came here to visit last night, started to post then realized I was a little tired to do a proper job. Now that I'm at work (shhhh!) and it's really boring here, I thought I would take the opportunity.
My home consists of me and my daughter, 48 & 18, respectively (and yeah, we .... heads alot), two 8 yr. old pugs, and, the newest member, a 5-6 month old kitten. We got the kitten because he showed up at my friends house and she already has 4 cats so he needed a home. Besides that HE WAS JUST SO DARN CUTE. I'm not usually a cat person but this one captured my heart right off the bat.
I'm a legal secretary and have been with the same boss for 21 years so yeah, I'd say I like the job. Back in March of this year, I tried
vaping and got off track after about a month of it and just started again on October 14. In the past two weeks I've had a total of 2 cigs, my last one being this past Saturday. I just today read a gentleman's story on ECF who after 2 years of
vaping quit that also. I would like to one day join him in that quit. It just amazes me that I'm not going totally nuts for a cig like I normally would and not panicking because I have don't have a pack in my purse.
I'm not finished with my Christmas shopping yet. Actually just bought my first present on my lunch hour yesterday and two lat night. The few that I have left will be easy to find. I decided that this year I was not going to spend a lot on gifts and was just going to enjoy being with my family and friends. I know the few things I'm getting my daughter and they are things that are not hard to find as they are things just everyday kinda things. I am surprising her with a wax pot the kind used for eyebrows/lip waxing. She is talking of going into cosmetolgy and if she does she will be able to use this afterwards.
In a nutshell this is me ladies and I look forward to reading more of the posts in this group. I'll have to remember to hit the subscribe button.
