Hi Bea!!!
Please eat all the donuts before I get to them.
But that omlette sure does sound good!!!
nope - I can only eat so many donuts - you see there are a few left over there just for you.
Either sound pretty good right now- especially if someone else cooked them. (otherwise i'll have a granola bar. bah...boring. but no cooking required)
I can *so* understand this. I work in food service so the last thing I want to do when I come home is cook. On most days it's planned out - my days off = I cook awesome stuff (I ironically love to cook and love food) and when my boy has days off sometimes he makes me food too. Only once did the "food in the fridge" not equal what we had to eat that night when we both got done working.
So I was going to fry some potatoes and veggies I had in the fridge. Then I realized I needed a protein. So now I'm dethawing a few frozen chicken breasts I had in the freezer...
Next thing I know, it's an hour later and we're eating chicken Marsala with fried potatoes and peppers and onions, with some broccoli, cauliflower, zucchini, squash blend veggies, and stuffing.
He says to me "You know we don't have to eat extravagantly all the time, we just need food sometimes."
I'm all "Well, I was half way there anyway and in for a penny, in for a pound....."
But yea, the whole hour I was all also "I can't believe I'm cooking at 1 am after working dinner rush till after midnight in a food joint! I hate this crap!! Dinner better be fracking delicious!!!"
