I have to admit, in researching suppliers on this forum, I could not believe the accolades being heaped upon East Mall and Ed, in particular. After this past weekend, I can see that this particular supplier has definitely earned their reputation here, though.
The particulars of my problems aren't important, but what is important is this: If I were a supplier who had received a report similar to the one I sent, it's doubtful I would have believed it. It was so out of the realm of probability that, even though it actually happened to me, I still would have doubted the veracity of anyone who tried to convince me of it's reality. Ed not only corrected the problem, but never once gave me the impression that he felt my claim was invalid. That level of respect shown to me as a customer, causes me to have more respect for the supplier.
So - if you stumble across this note in researching suppliers, know that I also can recommend East Mall as worthy of your support.
