I recommend EastMall on a regular basis. Their new customer service warrants it!
I vote on action! I send emails to companies I am considering purchasing from and response determines who gets my $$$ regardless of price, higher or lower.
Before making my 1st e-cig purchase I emailed 4 companies, 1 took 3 days to answer, 1 took 6 days, 1 never answered and David @ EASTMALL was almost instantously. I thnk that was before Ed hopped onboard and poor David was hard at it.
I shop no where else, I might venture to another site after reading a post, if it's something I like I head right off to EASTMALL.NET and see if they have it, if not, then I just have to wait till they do.
Ed and David offer customer service like no other company I have ever dealt with, online or in an actual store. It's no wonder they are rapidly becoming THE e-cig site of the internet.... IMHO
