To Reoville!! Just got my grand in the mail today. I love it so far. I can't go as low as I'm used to yet (.2 ohm dual coils) but I'm sitting at .5 and feeling pretty comfortable. Any tips and suggestions? Oh btw I knew i was going to be subohming so I bought 3 extra springs just incase and I have a bottle of noalox in my vapebox haha :)

btw, is there any way to have the RM2 sit more flush than it is? I like the look it just kinda sticks out like a sore thumb compared to all of my other stuff with no gaps lol
Put an o ring in there, the ones that are in the juice bottles cap inside the Reo is just perfect. The gap then just sort of vanishes with the black of the o ring.

Congrats and welcome to Reoville. You seem to have it in hand, so I'm sure you have the proper batteries in there for that resistance. Like that 3 way combo.

yeah I have 4 efest 2000mah, 4 sony vtc3's and 2 sony vtc4's but i dont want to use the sony's in it because i've heard bad things about flat tops and reos

I have one RM2 that is from the run previous to the current one and one from this run. The first one sits a bit more flush. The new one has more of a gap. I have stopped noticing it, honestly. I have tried the thicker bottle o-ring thing and it doesn't work for me. I get a way better connection with the tiny 1mm o-ring that ships with the RM2.

Welcome! I love the reverse Tux look of your REO.

A stock REO will have trouble going below .5ohm. The stock spring will start to sag over time, your stock button could melt/deform, and there is resistance in the stock firing pin and spring which can cause a pretty drastic voltage drop at super subohm. Rob is coming out with a subohm kit, that will address these issues. With an upgraded firing pin, upgraded spring (or fuse mod), and a teflon button you should be good to go. There are threads on here where us sub ohmers have modded our REO's in some pretty cool ways, but at this point, if I were you I would just wait for Robs official kit. You may also want to Slightly enlarge your stock air hole, depending on your preference. Mine is slightly smaller than 1/16 and its a whole world different than stock.

That being said, .2ohm is very low, and your dancing on the line between a hard short. I wouldn't recommend going below .3. I am sure that you will find with the upgrade kit that .3 will be very intense.
