Welcome to the forum Pearl. As many have said... what you have is CCS (Cheap China Sh_T). Sorry to be blunt, but that's what it is. Not your fault though. You honestly didn't know. If you ever have problems with it, Focalcig will probably tell ya to send it back to the manufacturer - which is in China. That involves a 9-12 week process that is dependent upon on luck - and lots of it. You may or may not get it back. Just depends on how they ship it through border patrol. It took literally 3 months to get a Vamo replaced. The replacement is still messed up, but I'll not go through that ordeal again...soooo, it's in a drawer. May use it as target practice one day. 
That was before I discovered the Reo Grand, which as you now know... is made in good ole USA by Robert. Sent my Copper Vein (wanted the new 510 adjustable connection) to Rob on Friday, Oct 23rd. He had it fixed and shipped back on Wednesday Oct. 28th. On Friday Oct. 30th, I had Chewie on Friday morning when I went to Post Office to get the package. By 10am, I was vaping up a storm! Rightfully so because I really needed it during Halloween.
