For many years in other countries it was the other way around. The government employees used to sit around expecting the rest of us to pull their weight too.

Back on topic, find a setup you like and order spare everything. That way, when you order a new toy you will be excited but you probably won't have to stalk the maiolbox/mailman/USPSwebsite.

Everyone deserves a day off, but the paper was in the box this morning. I guess the paper people work 365 and USPS gets the day off here and there. I wouldn't really be upset if the newspaper didn't come on holidays either.

With proper storage, it very well can.

I have a huge order from healthcabin. I was holding my breath that it would make it through customs and it did. Now it's sitting in Topeka sorting center waiting to be transported here and delivered. My neighbor and I split the bill to get free shipping during the holiday sale. Wow, this has been a long wait but worth it in the end.

I thought mail ran just like the OP. I use stamps.com and they generally will notify me when I print a label as to when mail runs. It said todays date but I see that they weren't aware of it either. Mom also said that in prior years, mail would run so we figured it would also. Darn it, more waiting......

Since I'm in the USA there's no mail today!! I'm happy that the mail carriers get a break but I'm waiting to receive my first mod and juices so I can't wait!!! I'm so excited!!
