20130810_135529.jpg As many of you know I posted a discussion "I Need Help Guys... I am So Stupid". It was a discussion about a new Battery.... Well I went to local vape shop (the blonde was not working today), told the guy what I was looking for and why and the clearos I have and he pulled this out. He briefly told me about the battery and how it works... I asked him the price and he said the price includes the tube, battery, wall plug and charge cable 104.00. I bought it..... Now I gotta figure out how to use the dag gum thing... I told my fiancés son that this was not a new Light Sabre.... LOL That's what it looks like is the handle of the Light Sabre from Star Wars..... It is the EGO Evic According to the guy that sold it to me, he showed me his and told me that his last him 3-4 days and he vapes constantly.

Evics are pretty awesome, i own a few! Its not that hard to use, just watch the video =) Also if its way too big for you, you can get an Ego C Upgrade tube and use an 18350 sized battery with it. I linked silver below but they also have black

Joyetech eGo-T Mod NEW 18350 Battery Tube - SILVER [gv-ego-tmod18350TUBE-SILVER] - $8.95 : GotVapes.com, E-cigarette Supplies - Atomizers Cartomizers Mods Juice and more

These are decent batteries if you like the shorter tube from same site

Joyetech eGo-T Mod NEW 18350 Battery Tube - SILVER [gv-ego-tmod18350TUBE-SILVER] - $8.95 : GotVapes.com, E-cigarette Supplies - Atomizers Cartomizers Mods Juice and more

A photo of mine so you can see how it compares;

I also bought a black cap to match, and used some o rings from the ole man store for protection

edit: also if you carry batteries around make sure you use a battery case, they will short out in your pocket on loose change, moisture, keys, etc. this is for 18350s

Congrats on your Evic! They do look like they are pretty nice, it is just that, I need something that can withstand the forces of concrete better than that. But congrats! Hope you enjoy it.

Yeah, same here. My brother has an eVic and he's had to fix it twice after dropping it. Good thing he's handy with epoxy and solder. Personally I'm not fond of the control scheme or menu system either.

But anyway, I hope it performs well for you and you're happy with it, Radar2013. That's what's important.

Do the tubes have the same coating as the Ctwists? I love that almost rubber feeling coating.

The black tubes do yes.

I loved my eVic. I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to drop money on VV/VW because it's awesome and they run on software so upgrades are free! Just plug up, download the firmware and boom! Upgraded mod!

I just traded mine out for a Vamo cause the control head died on me, but I wish I'd just waited the week for another eVic. The Vamo is great, but somehow with the same cart at the same settings, it makes a harder throat hit and smaller cloud than my eVic did and that's the opposite of my vaping. I chase clouds and a noticeable but moderate throat hit. I'll be getting another eVic in a month or two when I have the money.

I do recommend getting a different battery for it though. For some reason, they ship these with an unprotected ICR Li-Ion. Joyetech did however commission a cool lime green 3400mah IMR 18650 from Panasonic/Samsung that you can pick up. MadVapes has them if I remember right.

Congrats on your purchase!

That guy is lying though, it won't last 3-4 days if you're a chain vaper.

He didn't say he was a chain vapor. He said a heavy vapor... Im not a chain vapor in the least. Im just glad I finally got a battery I can hold on to if my hand goes numb when I am holding it... You can ask anyone here that has read my previous post. I was going insane over this... Im even thinking of taking rubber bands and wrapping them around it in 1 inch sections... LOL... Im Teasing...

It looks like a good unit and I'm glad you're happy. I like the fact it shows the battery life, ohms, and voltage.

Congrats on your purchase! I bought my eVic after I returned the ego-C-twist knockoff that I bought from my local B&M. I think I paid the high-end price for it (MSRP), but I don't regret it. I rather know that I got a "genuine" Joyetech than a knockoff.

Of course, I put quotes around that word genuine because I came across a blog regarding how Joyetech "acquired" their tech.

Regardless, I like Joyetech, I think because of my purchase of the eVic, I really started enjoying vaping!

There are quite a few dress-ups you can do. Joyetech sells tubes in white and black for the standard 18650 battery that it comes with, also there are some "shorty" 18350 mods you can do which really makes the thing very compact.

However, experiencing the 18350 that I'm using with my eVic lately, I cannot recommend it. It's more of aesthetics since the battery I'm using is a 700mAH and the default one that came with it is 2600mAH battery. I generally have to recharge my unit about 2 to 3 times a day now rather than charging it once a day with the 18650 battery. Even then, with the 18650 sized battery, before charging at the end of the day, I generally still have about 70% or more left in charge... :)
