Ditto on Kudos, it was an excellent, well-worded piece, and though some snivelly lawyer could argue with their logic, having read the directives myself, agree that ecig "devices" and e-juice nicotine "drugs" are no more covered by the Food and Drugs directive than are coffee makers and Java bean juice...
