My first one stopped firing for an unknown reason. Then I got a second one and that probably was my fault. My fingers were a little wet and I think I shorted it out. I loved that pipe too. :(

Luckily I had a third one! I had to try the wood version, which is so much lighter than the metal ones, but the metal ones are good because they feel like they are built like a tank.

The thing I don't like is that since the K1000 don't use a standard connector, I just can't swap out connectors. And since they are built like a tank, I cant get at the wires to repair them.

So instead of getting another K1000 I'm just going to get something nice from epipemods. Two actually, one for the car. I figure with all of the money I am spending on K1000's I could just get a epipemod which looks even prettier but also is something I can repair myself since they use standard connectors and I assume aren't encase in metal and glue so everything is easier to get at.

I want to make my own epipes but I live in an apartment in Korea and don't have any tools. I have a dremel and I saw a drill press made for the dremel but I have heard mixed reviews.

You might want to check out

fasttech .com

They have a bunch of cheap e cig supplies although their shipping can take a little bit longer (they do have free worldwide shipping). A lot of people recommend the Innoken MVP for a reliable beginner e cig which you can find on the website.

However, I have no experience on making your own mod. Good luck!
