I ordered my wetbox from COV on August 12 and used it as my main squeeze ever since last night. It just died.:( I checked to make sure a fresh battery was not the culprit. Also no leaks or fluid inside anywhere, the switch seems to click like when I first used it, and I have never dropped it. It is just not powering up at all.

What else can you guys recommend I try next to get it back to working order or should I suck it up and pay the $15 to ship it back . I can provide pics if needed

My no1 wetbox is dead too, it fried its switch. I ordered and waiting for 3A switches and I will remove its switch and on/off button and place a new - properly rated - switch where the on/off switch is.

Bruce's after sales service is great by the way, he readily offered to refund it or fix it (Bruce you are the best). But I love my wetbox to return it for refund and don't have faith that its new 50mA switch will not fry again after ten days. So I will try and fix it myself.

I believe Missy should do something with the switches she use. The concept of wetbox is great but the switch betrays it.

Cheers. Missy has my wetbox now and is investigating why it is broken.

Any word on what caused the problem? I just got mine today, and I love it, but I am starting to feel like maybe I won't have it for long.

To anyone "in the know" - How easy is it to replace the switch on your own and exactly what kind of switch would be better? Where would I get one if I needed it?
