None of them do.

The AW 18350 IMR 700 mah has a 8 amp continous rating. The purple Efest 18350 IMR 700 mah has a 10.5 amp continous rating.

I wrote that myself, researched the battery specs, and keep it relatively up to date. Believe it or not battery technology has come a long way in just one year, particularly with IMR/hybrid chemistry extending both capacity and amp limits while retaining safer chemistry. Since the most popular size battery is the 18650, you'll see more rapid technological advances in that size. The 18350 and 18490/18500 size is less popular, so we won't see much advancement in that size of battery.
