What a great first!

For the first time in over 35 years I have gone through my first day without having a smoke. That in itself is miraculase to me.

I've tried every thing going to end my Love Have relationship with cigarettes, from accupuncture to perscription drugs & everything in between. Nothing worked, till now.

Thank you to every one here, from all the newbies questions up to the veterans answers. Every bit of information helped me to get to this day. Thank you to the vendors for helping us all get the supplies we all need and or want.

I couldn't have done it without all of you. Thank You All so very much. And yes 1 day is a very big deal for me.

That's great. Now that you have done it for one day, you can do it for 1 more, and then 1 more, and 1 more, etc and before you know it you'll be celebrating a year smoke-free!!

i remember my first day i couldnt belive it this vapor thing really works!!! feb 9 is my first year in the past 18 of not smoking... ahh.. easy as pie good job
