I'm back, can say it was an excellent journey but I through trial and many errors
I believe I've learnt quite a bit.
My last post I had fixed the problems with Fat Boy and was off to tackle Thin man or whatever I called it at the time most of which would upset Dusty if published here. First many thanks again to all for you help and advice. A "shout out to therealmac for his post and pics hey man appreciate and thanks for the work. Also to Dust for the check list (NO I'M NOT TRYING TO SUCKUP, but my ears are now brown).
Back to Thin Man: The most important thing I learnt apart from the proper fill / re-assembly technique was that regardless of the Dremel mod, SOME CARTS JUST DON'T WORK. So I took the offending cart and applied the PBusardo cleansing technique (sauce pan + boiling water). After many boils I still wasn't able to move the bowling ball down the garden hose. So I got a new cart important note I did not apply the Dremel mod. All assembled Thin Man vales beautifully.
So there it is.
Thanks
