What Am I Thinking RIGHT NOW?

All you ECF vets are like psychics or something! I came here a little over three weeks ago after my overpriced mall-sticks started to under perform, and the first bit of advice I got was spot-on. Taking it, I got a 510 Rive starter from Liberty Flights for under thirty bucks! I'm very satisfied with it using boge 2 and 3 Ohm cartos. I don't see enough performnce increase in the 2s to warrant the battery drain, but then again, I'm not seeing all that much difference there either.

I ordered some Blueberry, Clove, and Black Clove in 5ml from Liberty Flights as well, and I really like them all. I'll probably order more (larger) of the same from them, but I somehow feel obligated to shop around the online vapory world (while it's still legal). Which brings me to my actual question...

I'm getting kind of paranoid about Uncle You-Know-Who putting the kabosh on my new found hobby. See, I'm starting to enjoy the whole "able to breath" thing, but I know I'll probably go back to analogs if the ANTZ get their way or politicians start seeing vapeing as a revenue-stream.

If I'm happy with Riva 510 batts and Boge cartos, should I just lay in a supply of those, or is there something that experience shows that I will progress to in the near-term?

I had the very same thoughts. But the caveat is -- that was 2 1/2 years ago! LOL

You should build up *some* stock of what you like but I wouldn't go crazy for a couple of reasons...

a) you truly dont know where your sweet spot is until you've tried a few other things
b) the industry changes so often that you dont want to get stuck with older/obsolete stuff.

I distinctly remember threads where folks were talking about their stock of 200 and 300 atomizers, in case of an all out e-pocalypse. Those same folks were selling their stock at a much reduced rate in the classifieds later. =)

Thanks RG, I have to be careful with this sort of thinking. I spent New Years Eve December 31st, 1999 sitting in the middle of my arsenal with a palliate of Top-Ramen, fifty gallons of water and a shotgun.

SnakeFarm- As time and money allow, you might want to try a few different things. Try to stick with similar connectors as what you already have. (510, 808, 90whatever... you get the idea) That saves you from having to buy a bunch of different attys and/or cartos to match whatever gear you have.

In all likelihood, you'll find other things that catch your eye as you look around the net. Try to stick to forum approved suppliers as they are FAR less likely to screw you over than some vendors out there. I'm willing to bet as time goes by, you'll end up getting what musicians call G.A.S.- Gear Aquisition Syndrome.

Personally I figure the nic will be targeted for taxing. I have put up 250Ml of 60Mg liquid just in case. Other than that they would have a hard time taxing or banning hardware and it is pretty easy to make a flashlight or box mod so other than a 510 connector there is really nothing in a mod that is specific only to E-cigs that would be a big deal to get. Even flavors for DIY are used elsewhere (other than tobacco flavors).

Don't worry about them being illegal and not having access to vaping supplies. The most they will do is increase taxes.
