I know this is going to be variable and whatnot, but could anyone provide a general idea? I'm planning to get a few different strengths to see which is right for me, but based on the fact that I smoked analogs, usually menthol, maybe like once or twice a day (very rare I smoked 3. I usually smoked Camel Crushes) should I go for the lowest nicotine level for the most part? I really enjoyed the buzz I got around halfway through the cig and didn't know if getting a higher concentration would be beneficial or not for vaping.

I know that you should get higher concentrations if you smoke more, but I thought I'd ask anyway. as far as flavors, does the nicotine amount affect the flavoring at all of the liquid or the other way around? I don't need any help with looking for flavors (yet! :p) so I'll just use the other threads for recommendations for places to get flavors and bottles.

Thanks!

I've heard for someone who has 2-3 analogs a day should go with a higher nic level. I smoked a pack a day of marlboro lights. I went with 18mg. I found i was vaping so much I needed to lower the nic level. now i'm down to 11mg.and so far so good. But I don't think anyone under 2 1/2 packs a day should go over 18mg. I think people are nuts for using 36mg even 24 mg.:2c:

I think I'll go for 11mg (or 12mg) for my first buy and see how it fares. I do want the nicotine buzz (like everyone) not so much to where I can't enjoy the flavor because I'm buzzing too hard. hehe

so far Viking Vapor seems to be the best option for getting liquid since they offer so much varience and options. I'll look around though.

Do you mean you smoked 2 packs per day or literally 2 analog cigarettes?

If it's 2 packs, I find 16-18 mg to be ideal. It's nice to have a little 24 in the morning and 8 or 12 in the evening, but 16-18 suffices for me the whole day and that's mostly what I buy.

If it's 2 individual cigarettes, I really think you should just quit them cold turkey and walk away from it. By the time you're down to 2 cigarettes, you've reduced your nicotine dependence so much that it's better to just stop. Or get 0 mg just for the pacifier effect when you have a craving for that hand-to-mouth action.

The latter. a pack usually lasted me a few days since I didn't do the things that most smokers do: I never smoked at home or while driving. I usually only smoked when I was with my gf or during breaks at work (either alone or with co-workers). I'm not saying I didn't have cravings, but I didn't have them as strong as most do. I think I'll get a few 11mg, 15 ml of a few flavors from Viking Vapors and see how they do.

If you only smoked 2 cigs a day I don't think you should even start vaping. Nicotine is very addictive and those of us who smoked on a regular basis did not smoke to get a "high" we were smoking because we are addicted to the nic. If you are a social smoker why not just get 0 nic? Save yourself from addiction now.

Well Said.
