Could be the ProVari. I know juice tasted better on it than on a Vamo. The Vamo burned juices.
So on to the juices...
Aroma Ejuice's Beatle Juice (Marlboro flavor)
Five Pawns's Castle Long Reserve (pricey as hell, but so worth it)
Casey Jones Mainline Reserve's Derail, Pink Bunny, and Gold Rush ($27 for 120ml in a glass bottle!) and it's good juice too.

Tell that to my iTaste VTR...

Any mod is really just a battery holder. However, the watts would vary between devices, which might make a bit of a difference on some juice. I do think my first post is correct. This week I had one juice I've vaped before that I didn't like in my Kayfun, so I switched it to my Nautilus. And for another one the reverse was true. The device doesn't determine my wattage, my topper does. I vape mostly fruit and the same level of PG and VG, but each topper I have has a wattage I keep them at, regardless of the juice.

Power regulation matters more than most peeps know...

IMO, Jim

For me, a ProTank2 tastes bad above 8 watts whether it's on my VTR or my ProVari. A Nautilus for me is best at about 10 watts, and 15 watts for a Kayfun or another rebuildable. But, I will admit I'm a bit of an unusual vaper in that I mostly vape fruit and it high in PG because I'm sensitive to VG. And I vape an occasional bakery flavor at the same wattage as I already stated.

The cool part about vaping is that we have choices. And I think that the OP just needs to find what is right for them.

Yep. The Vamos solution to firing at 3 volts was to fire at 6 volts with micro pauses in between to get an average of 3 volts over the course of a second.

The average voltage was 3 volts, but the coil still got blasted with 6 volts 16 times a second.

^^This^^

Although I do feel the topper is generally more important regarding this topic, don't underestimate the role of a good mod (especially if you're looking for consistency).

My biggest disappointment when I started e-cigs was the inconsistency from hit to hit (and especially through the life of the charge). That's something I never had to deal with when I was on analogs.

That's why I chose Provari...I know that if I set it on 12 watts I get 12 watts (and not some average of 12 watts)...even up to the last hit. If I start getting some inconsistency, I know it's time to fiddle with my topper.

Of course, not everyone is sensitive enough to notice a difference, but for me, the peace of mind I have from knowing my device is the most accurate on the planet (PBusardo, ref.) is priceless.

Back to the OP's question: for the past year, my main vape has been Halo's Tribeca. It's their version of RY4. I've been meaning to try other versions...can anyone recommend a good one?
