Did a search and didn't find a thread to post what we all love to make, eat and drink. So, if this isn't a duplicate thread, post what you're eating and drinking!

I made burritos tonight with Mexican rice and a cold beer.

Last night, dinner was fried spaghetti.

Since Big Booger used an entire half package of Jalapeno cream cheese for just one onion bagel, I didn't have enough for mine. So, Onion Bagel Sandwich time! Toasted onion bagel, jalapeno cream cheese, spinach, roast beef, cheddar cheese and mustard.

Is that like Cheeseburger Helper and you just add bacon? It looks so good!

Nope, just a simple recipe I came up with one day a very long time ago.

Bacon Cheeseburger Casserole

1 Cup Uncooked Macaroni or Similar Noodles
1 Pound Ground Chuck
8 Slices Diced Cooked Bacon
1 10-¾ oz. Can Tomato Soup (Condensed and Undiluted) or Progresso Recipe Starters Fire Roasted Tomato
1 Cup (4 oz by weight.) Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Cook and drain noodles. In a large skillet, cook and drain ground chuck and set aside. In same skillet, cook bacon until crisp, drain, dice cooked bacon and set aside. Add cooked and drained noodles to skillet, add tomato soup, cooked beef, diced bacon and mix well. Sprinkle with cheddar cheese, cover and cook for a few minutes until cheese melts and soup bubbles. Mix well before serving. Serve with butter grilled bread, BBQ-mustard sauce, extra shredded cheddar cheese and remaining slices of crispy bacon.

Today, I had a spinach salad for brunch and dinner is a baked potato. Total calories for the day 550. Going to have a snack later to increase that since muscle burns before fat when the calories are that low.
