Think for a moment and list the top 20 things you are thankful for. I'll go first. 1) God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit; 2) I am thankful that Jesus saved me from my sins; 3) My spouse; 4) My son; 5) My grandchildren; 6) My sister; 7) My nieces; 8) a roof over my head; 9) food on my table; 10) My doctors; 11) My health (that be what it may); 12) medication to help me function; 13) my 4-legged children; 14) clothes for my back; 15) an ability to read and comprehend; 16) a dependable vehicle; 17) my sleep number bed to help me be comfortable while sleeping; 18) this wonderful website where I can be who I am.....a child of the King; 19) my wonderful friends I've met on this board; 20) Christian friends that we know. I could keep on going and going, but these are the first ones that came to my head quickly.:)

P.S. I thought of another very important one. May I add one? This should have been third! PRAYER....talking to an all powerful God and He not only listens, He talks to me as well. He has the time to listen to me....a peon....in and amonst how many millions of people who live on this planet. Wow! I can't believe He has time for me.

My God and what He did for me is the best thing to ever happen to me. I can't imagine suffering like that when He didn't have to. And to do it for me? Wow! After that...my wife. She is the woman of my dreams and a real Godsend. Two is all I can really list because in those two things alone God has been better to me than I could ever deserve.

1) I'm thankful nobody got hurt during the 4 day weekend. 2) Tomorrow they will be gone back to work and I will be by myself. I am really thankful. That's two and I'm sure I have a bunch more. Can I get back with ya?

Of course the first two were still the most important. . .

Have a great Monday. Heck, have a great week. Thank you for reminding me that I do have many things to be thankful for. (Is that what you were up to the whole time?) :sneaky:

I wish my son lived across the street from me. I'm in Mississippi and he lives in Colorado! When he was moving out of the state, I went into hard core grieving. I couldn't take it anymore and fell to my knees in tears, saying, "Lord, I can't take it anymore." God the Father said, "I know how you feel. I had to be without my Son for awhile." My mouth fell open. After that moment, I was okay with it. I just wish it was within a day's drive from here. We're never satisfied. God give us a gift and we want more. My son and his girlfriend came for a day, and now I want more. I'll be fine. He's happy and safe in Colorado. I am happy for him. We text every other day or so. So, it's cool.:2cool:
