FA shade w/ cyanne pepper & menthol crtstals mixed with a bit of koolada

What happened here Mayasveil? Is this your first DIY experiment? Did you get it too hot with cayenne pepper and try to cool it down with the koolada? I love, love, love the hot pepper flavor, but I do not love the heat accompanied with tears streaming down my red-flushed face, LOL. So maybe this is a way I can enjoy my pepper flavors without getting my sinuses all jacked up. Does it taste good? Can you taste the actual pepper flavoring in the vapor? Please and thank you.

I've gotten into this somewhat disgusting habit of refreshing cartomizers with similar flavors. For instance, I start with a coffee flavor carto, and when it begins to dry out, I'll add a chocolate, vanilla, caramel or other compatible flavor. It's a variation on my "Dirty Atty" game, found elsewhere in this section.

Currently, I'm using a carto that once contained V4L's Ry4, to which I have added KBV OMG. When that's gone, I don't know what I'll add, probably a more neutral tobacco flavor.

I'm trying to see how long I can use this one carto before it either gets cloggy and nasty or I burn out the atomizer in it BTW, here's a hint for carto users: If your carto is getting hard to hit, check to make sure that the center airflow channel is open and clear. This can be done by holding the carto up to the light and just looking down the barrel. If it's still hard to hit, I switch from my usual KR808D-1 to a 5 volt passthru; the extra heat often cleans things out, and incidentally will produce a fog bank of vapor!

Well, time to rummage through the stash. This carto is getting a wee bit dry. Wish me luck!.

Great idea!

If I dedicate an atty to something like Atomic Fireball and want to get the flavoring out, I DIY up a batch of just PG/VG mix to vape through it. The "stuck" flavor usually wears out, saving on flavoring drops as an added perk.

ETA: Vaping DIY double chocolate toffee today.

As a matter of fact it does clear my sinuses! Not from the pepper tho. Actually this pepper does not have a taste really. It gives it a warm inhaling feeling pulse additional th for me. The menthol...well that clears out my ole nose; believe it or not. Koolada cools the top back of the throat when inhaling.

Weird huh? But it works for me <<smile>>
