My sister walked into my house the other day, and asked if I was doing (something else). Her look of utter shock when she saw my syringes laid out to dry and all the DIY supplies was pure hilarity. When she saw my Provari, I had to convince her that it was a larger version of an electronic cigarette and helping me quit smoking. This isn't the only time someone has thought my pv was (something else). Honestly, I'm not sure how they can be mistaken as something else.

Yes that's happened to me as well. I find its a good time to educate. It's pretty funny but shows the ignorance on the subject of ecigs. A couple weeks ago I got to talk with a cop friend of mines & he said he definitely would have thought it was something illegal when I showed him my ecigs. He just happens to do education for his task force so he's passing along the info.

I have had the same experience with a guy I work with. I saw him outside the office once and I had my eGo kit opened with some Vivi Novas attached. He tried to pretend he didn't see it. But curiousity finally got the best of him and he had to ask.

I explained and let him try it then took him shopping. He has gone about 5 days with no analogs so I'm glad it looked weird enough to catch his eye.
