Some are. A lot aren't these days because of the financial pickle USPS is in.
Also they might have "bank hours" on Saturdays. See above financial difficulties reasoning.

Don't forget that there are a lot of USPS "satellite" locations, in grocery stores and whatnot. Check out the USPS website to find one.
