Leaving for work and getting a text from my girlfriend saying I just missed the mail carrier delivering my latest purchase by two minutes...

I live alone. But my mail carrier is pretty consistent on delivery times. I will push my departure for work as late as I possibly can some times hoping I can catch him.

Laynards...... do people really wear pv's around their necks?
Ah... YES, I do!! I have been using lanyards with my mini ecigs for years and now with the eGo battery. I suppose it depends on the lifestyle though. I love my eGo's when I take my dog for his morning and evening walks. Total time is about 1.5 - 2 hours. Could not be bothered with such long walks if I didn't have my vape and of course my iPod Nano with an audiobook going. Same applies to cycling, gardening, house chores, cooking etc. Anything where I am multitasking and doing several things at once. I sometimes have 2 eGo's on lanyards, plus my iPhone. Sometimes i have a pen too... Fortunately my Nano 6th generation has a clip, so I can just clip it to my clothes lol... (My 4th generation Nano had a lanyard).

so i'm going to throw a despair party. usually when i'm out and i need to swap batteries i'll attach the atomizer cap to my p+ and stick it in my pocket or a purse pocket. today i was stationary and at a bench and decided to just hold the body without the top cap articulated.
of course, today was the first day i dropped my pv. the damage is oh so slight, but it needs to be sent off for repair. go team.
precautions, kids. it's always good to take them, without exception.

I have four pet peeves -

1 - When I sit down, after a nice dinner, to enjoy my coffee, a movie or game and some quiet vaping at the end of a busy day and the battery goes dead. So I groan, get up and get a fresh battery, sit down and start enjoying myself when the carto runs dead.....grrrrrrrrrrrrr

2 - Veterans and other experts telling me I need this Super Duper 4 amp hour, 12 volt, 1 quart tank system with a 10 coil super agitating fluximator and a flux capacitor to match that comes with a belt clip for the battery that pulls your pants down. I need a substitue for a cigarette, not a full time 8 hour a day job keeping everything fine tuned so it runs right. I just want an alternative method of satisying my oral, manual motion and nicotine needs. Maybe a year or two from now I'll be pulling a Die Hard car battery in an Express Wagon that powers my set-up, but right now a Volt works fine for me. I don't want to spend hours in the gym strengthening my upper body so I can hold the thing up to my mouth long enough to take a nice drag (not a "toot" or a "hit").

3 - People that want an amp hour or larger battery in a package the size of a fountain pen (yeah, I'm old enough to have used one as a kid). Doesn't anyone understand the physics involved here?? If a battery like that were available, a "personal vaper" would probably be the last place they'd show up. Yes, I have 1.5 volt 1200 mah lithium ion batteries, but they're just a tad bigger than that, not to mention too heavy to be practical, plus these things need a minimum of 4+ volts to work properly when regulated down. Who wants to walk aorund sucking on something the size of a salami, never mind, don't list your names (ROFLM#O).

4 - All the darn nomenclature. This is like trying to learn Latin in high school. Add to that all the different styles and variations of tanks, cartos, carts, atomizers, batteries and so on. Between the alphabet soup and odd names, it's more like trying to make sense out of a bill passed by Congress regulating underwear imported from East Jabib, or is that West Jabib?

thank you, a serious +1 one to you, i have just finished wiping my eyes from laughing so hard.

Gosh, this thread has triggered off all my simmering resentments..oh dear.
To the makers of the rubbish vaping videos that infest Utube and Google.

Here i go, cant help myself but i want to launch a spray at the people who put up the most awful AWFUL vaping videos on Google-usually heralded by ear splitting heavy metal and light effects that possibly have triggered many a migraine or perhaps epilepsy, who knows?

Would it be fatal for these people to perhaps clean themselves up a little, a shave and quick comb of the hair. just a suggestion that you might not be waking up from a deep sound sleep under a bridge somewhere-

How about positioning the Camera so that we can see what you are fixing/modding/ reviewing/selling whatever and not just film the top of your head or see merely a forest of knuckles and fingers while you demonstrate,

Oh, to the smoke ring blowers- we dont want to see your tonsils- we fully get that you can blow smoke rings, but the big
demo of how makes me feel like Jonah ---panicking before the Whale swallowed him.
So many awful videos , of people wearing sunglasses lying on couches blowing vapour, and presenters girlfriend arriving from work slamming doors and throwing things in the sink, reviewing gear but with the parts missing- !
Unprofessional is being kind,
To those making a vaping video,? How about some respect for the public who might watch it.
(Nasty cranky old thing arent I.)

Haha Turnip. Do you really see reviewers' tonsils when they blow smoke rings? They could at least remove them beforehand :D

I hate non-volatiles in e-liquid. You know, the stuff that doesn't vaporize and gets left behind in the clearomizer/tank as a thick, dark sediment. Not all juices are guilty of doing this but there's one in particular that's gunking up my Stardust as I speak...even though the company that sells it is known for using the word 'purity' as a selling point. Pure dark sludge might be correct.

Oh my gaaa, exactly'. That happened yesterday, with the last of a very good juice,on a 6ml tank, sooo bummed out'..
My personal pet peeve is when I test a cartomizer and everything is all good. I put it in my tank and it goes all Wonky an hour after I start using it. 6ml gone unless I manage to save some.. Drives me nuts! Q-u-a-l-i-t-y C-o-n-t-r-o-l!!

If it's not GrimmGreen...I don't even bother clicking on it anymore. That guy should seriously have his own TV show that runs 24 hours a day to relieve the world of being subjected to Oprah and the Kardashians.
