i'm still rockin the mmb in one and tobacco road in the other but, the interesting development :) i've been playing with the little dual coil sub ohm nemesis setup and got the switch tweaked and dialed in where it's tolerable.
i can see why people dig it -it shortens the draw time considerably but, the increased airflow needed to keep things cool does seem to diminish the flavor a bit,not to mention the increased juice usage.i don't think i'll be lugging the stuff around to be able to run a setup like this on the go but, around the house and shop, it's pretty cool.

No. Cal.
Groovin on some Black Clove here...

Was surprised when I read Gutter using a Nemesis! I thought: no way! No locking switch and that sends Gutter into a tail spin. Then I figured out that Nemesis is also an atty (actually Google did). Soooooo........dual coil huh? I haven't yet ventured. Would you say that the decreased draw time is one of the "draws" to dual coils Hitt. :). Just made me giggle....

hehehe. she said "draws"....

i'm actually running a nemesis mod in 18650 with a magma atomizer on it.(the switch gets unscrewed as does the top cap every time i put it down). the main point of experimentation is to try to dial in something with a shorter draw without increasing the temperature of the vapor too much (my ent always told me inhaled heat was the enemy and i'm inclined to believe him...).generally i don't like dual coils as it's kind of a trade off between more surface area and speed of heat delivery and it just seems like a less efficient way of doing things.the magma is made for dual or single parallel coils with adjustable airflow for both situations and the dual coil was just to get the resistance down with wire i had on hand.

i've messed with dual coils several different times over the years and have yet to be able to dial in something i'm completely happy with with them - single coils made of lower resistance wire is the way to go for me.

My igo L came with dual coils already installed. I couldn't take it with my regular 24mg liquids it made me cough.

i tried the premade coils on one of those i got as well - hated it.that little puny wire they use just burns everything to a crisp immediately.

Yeah,it's a hassle for sure.Especially when you can just go to a shorter coil or lower resistance wire :)

I'm glad to hear that patriot is puffin along - I got tired of fiddling with the kayfuns again and went back to mmb in the nautilus the other day.if work ever slows down,I'll probably go back to using them daily.
