I wanna quit smoking, but it's so hard for me, so I wanna start from smoking e-cigarette? Du you guys have any idea what batteries should I choose? which one is the best u ever try? Please recommend some for me. thanks

If you are looking for a starter setup I'd suggest these...

Eleaf iStick30 watt with a Aspire Nautilus Mini or Eleaf GS Air
Eleaf iStick40 Watt TC with an Aspire Nautilus Mini or Eleaf GS Air

Only about 10USD difference in the prices of the 30watt and 40watt TC, they are about the same size and about as flexibly expandable, the 40watt TC has more features being a newer Temperature Control (TC) mod, but both are very expandable if you outgrow the Nautilus Mini or GS Air tanks, compact enough to fit in a pocket and/or purse, but powerful little mods without much more investment other than a tank and juice, they recharge from a micro usb port.

For a mod, I would recommend you go with an istick30 or istick40 as-well. Or a Kanger Subox Mini or Nano.
As for a mod battery, I would go with an AW IMR 18650 with the highest mAh you can afford.
Either AW IMR, Panasonic, or LG. All great battery brands. Get 25 amp or higher. (the istick mods don't need a battery, btw)
Please let us know when you've come back to this thread to read our opinions. I'd love to know what you choose.

the ego spinner kit (at-least two 1000mah+ batteries) with Kanger T3 clearomizers would be great as well. Go for it. I would recommend 12mg juice for a beginner. Enjoy the vape journey.
