I currently am using a little 650 mAh ego style battery that lasts about 8 hours. I am using a aspire ET-s clearomizer and just replaced the coil. All i need now is a better battery and i want a variable voltage battery. I was looking into the Vision Spinner II and thought it looked great with my stainless steel clearo. Goes up to 4.8 watts and wondered what i should vape at with this clearomizer ONCE i get a suggested battery. keep in mind the draw of this clearo is very easy and can pull out a lot of vapor FAST. Dont want to burn my throat though . Give me your suggestions!

I am only a month into my vape experience and am headed to a "mod" (variable voltage/variable wattage). I've got a couple variable voltage Spinner2, and they do ok. I plan on keeping them for a backup. I'm looking at the eleaf 50W (4400 mha, really large entire day battery), because it will allow movement into sub ohm down the road. There are only a couple hundred other brands to look at. Good luck.

My standard starter suggestion applies:
$35-45 iStick/MVP v2+ (MVP as v1, v2, 20w, and now v3 - v2 is 11w, v3 is 30w - 11w is enough to push MOST clearos - will struggle or not fire the new "SubTanks" on the market)
$20-35 Kanger AeroTank / Aspire Nautilus BVC (both have mini versions for a smaller tank)

These batteries I suggest have 2200mAh or more - 650 is lasting you about half a day, so 2200 should last you over a day and a half (3.3x the battery life).
The iSticks are small enough to fit in your palm. THe MVPs are bigger but more durable. Check out youtube reviews and threads on ECF for the full story about each. I dont believe the iStick has step down (delivering less power than the current charge level of your battery), so you want to buy higher ohm coils so you have more control over how hot your vapor is (look up ohms law to understand this concept, but the higher your ohms the less wattage you get assuming the voltage does not change).

The tanks I suggest have air flow control so you can open up or restrict the airflow for your desired hit. Even if you stick with your ET-s the batteries will make it perform better (dunno why, but this is my experience!)

How much do you want to spend? I have a Innokinn iTaste MVP v, 2600maH (they have a v3, the only difference is that it is a 3800maH). It's a box mod. It's a variable voltage and wattage, tells you how puff you've taken, tells the charge of the battery by color on the firing button, beauty ring included, they have custom wraps and puff counter if you're interested. It has a 510 connection. Works great with my Protank 3. Hope you find one you like, whatever it maybe.

Thanks guys i can see from your replys that a bigger powered battery works well with aspire model clearomizers or at least mine. I want to get a smooth but big vapor production while still having a pen look and not a toilet paper roll sized PV haha. Question as to the price of your spider battery? The vision spinner 2 runs around 30-40$ for the local shops.

$34.99 at the vape shop but I've seen them cheaper online. They set me up with the whole setup and a free bottle of juice of my choice. It will also accept 510 and ego tanks.

Which would you prefer? Battery isnt an issue i dont vape all day long. But in terms of style and power. As they are the same price range i might consider this battery of yours

One of the things I have noticed is the desire to get better equipment. You have a juice quest.. "wow this is good, but I want to try this... etc." I have experienced the inexpensive CE5 clearomizers, liked them and graduated to two better ones before I found the Nautilus Mini's. Now I'm headed to a mod battery, knowing that I want to try sub ohms down the road (which is what I have read gives the best flavor). Then there is dripping... and by the time I get there a new process will probably be around. It's still cheaper to me than smoking, and 100% better in my opinion.

If the "MVP v" is the v2.. its only 11w, the 20w is 20w(duh), and the v3 is 30w... also, larger battery like you mentioned :)

Yeah its a great hobby. Collecting vape parts and clearos attys batteries all of that. Gotta catch em all right? I dont consider it a waste. But more like the adults pokemon. Its always nice to see a decked out PV and my idea is to eventually have a vape of a 200$ value. Over weeks you trial what you like and dislike and then BOOM. you have the perfect vape. And impressive at that point too. When you walk and see someone with a simple little 10 dollar pen you cant help but think "i'm better than you" lol. Like cars. There is so many options. And so many tastes. Bring it out in public. And get compliments. I love things like that. Its a great hobby to get into. Spend a few bucks here and there isnt so bad. Wonderful in fact
