I've been smoking for 15 years and Parliments were my poison of choice, hehe. I've been vaping for about a year now and don't get any urges for a cigarette. It was hard in the beginning -"thats what she said"- because I wasn't use to worrying about, battery charge or if I had enough juice with me for the day. To be honest it was a little discouraging, and I would just buy a pack of cigarettes out of convenience. But now, I'm use to the routine and I am happy to be off cigarettes! To anyone who is just getting off cigarettes and trying e-cigs... hang in there, you wont regret it!

I like this thread - I wish those who responded would add their current vaping flavor too. I currently have reduced my analogs (Misty 120s Menthol) by half but haven't been able to find the right flavor and nic strength to quit the analogs.

In reading through many of the threads it seems the menthol smokers aren't necessarily staying with menthol flavors. Or am I wrong?

18 years of Analog's were always menthol, Newport mainly...marlboro menthol lights, Camel Menthol or Crush, and Dunhill crush type when I couldn't get Newports. I am Navy so they don't sell Newports overseas and I would end up smoking what they had available.

I started vaping Menthol Burst (16mg) from Volcanoecigs.com, no tabacco flavoring in it..just straight menthol but I like it. I have heard of people mixing menthol burst with their favorite tabacco blend to get a good menthol tabacco flavor. I also like Red Bully (getting over it though) and Choca-Nila-Haze from Volcano too. I am going to order more juice from several companies soon. The biggest thing for me is getting the right throat hit and to see the cloud. I have a Volcano Magma Tank kit now...moving up to a mod soon to get a more consistant thoat hit.

Whatever was cheapest, my last two years, that was Cheyenne Little Cigars (look like brown paper cigs but, sold as cigars). For 30 years i went through 3 packs a day of whatever cheap full flavored 100 I could find. Found vaping and kissed those stink sticks good-bye fast - and easily I might add.

hells ya lights 72, ha. I've only had my ecig for 1 full day here, still puffin on them. made the mistake of getting coffee and vanilla flavours so i'm missing tobacco taste. ordered some tennesse cured from johnson creek. heard good things about it.

Marlboro Light 72's.

Loved the shorties. I had short breaks at work so I didn't feel like I was wasting tobacco, plus they were always $.50 cheaper than the regulars.

I started on Newports... Gross. My last 5-6 years of smoking I only smoked American Spirits, nothing else. I wouldn't even bum if I was desperate and the person didn't smoke AS's. I've also heard it's easiest to quit analogs if you smoke Am Spirits, because many of the other chemicals in cigs with additives are also highly addictive. I literally had almost no problem transitioning to analogs... Besides the breakouts and headaches.
