What causes the cooling effect?

When I exhale alien Visions banana slurry I get this pleasant cool 'wet' feeling on exhale and a short burst of flavor. Could this be from the 100%VG or would they have added some distilled water to the mix?

Do 100%VG Heathers juices have this effect?

Could also be from the addition of some "koolada". Not sure about wet but it is suppose to add a cool feeling without altering flavor.

I have discovered that I really like the sensation of Koolada without the menthol flavor. Menthol flavors that I have tried in the past all remind me of mouthwash. The Koolada sensation is crisp and cold, but doesn't come with the mouthwash flavor.

I've never tried AVE so I'm not sure if that's what's in your juice or not. . .
