What charger to buy???

I have purchased two mods that use 18650 batts. I am told that I should buy a pila charger and I would be happy to do so if I could catch one in stock but if I decide to buy a different kind because my panties are in a bundle and I want to use my mods what should I get?

I've been happy with the $17 Xtar WP2 II Li-Ion Charger which I bought after seeing it described as the best low cost alternative to a Pila and reading lots of reviews that seem to support that.

I would also recommend the XTAR WP2 II. I don't own one, but based on reviews I have seen on a certain flashlight forum, that would be a good second choice. Heck, it might even be a good first choice at less than half the cost of a Pila.
