What coils do I use for general full sized Clearomizers?

Different clearo's use different factory made replacement heads/coils, some of them can be used in different models made by the same manufacturer.
Usually they're offered in resistance 1.8, 2.2, 2.4 etc, not various wire gauges.
If you're asking about rebuilding clearo heads using various gauge wire, depends on how much room you have to work with & the resistance you hope to achieve.

Maybe I don't understand your question.

I'm with Elvis on this one. You would typically purchase the coil heads made by the manufacture - unless you are planning to rebuild them yourself. In which case, I would recommend 28 gauge wire for a micro-coil build. I wouldn't go higher than a 32-gauge or lower than a 26-gauge, though. Just make sure you check your resistance afterwards and it's between 1.8-2.2 ohms. Remember: More wraps = more resistance.
