I ordered the Blu Starter kit and an njoy Pro ... Most of the posts that I read refer to numbers such as 901 and 501 etc. The atomizers seem to be similar between the 2 models though the njoy is a 2 hole and the Blu is a 4 hole.

I am most impressed with the Blu because the njoy draws like a clogged straw. What would the members sugest that my next purchase be? I am considering a Pipe.

Thanks,
Lar

I bought a NJOY last week and got a 510 this week, and let me tell you the difference is AMAZING!! You will not regret switching to a 510. There's a "sticky" about the different models, but a 510 comes in a few models the most popular is a Joye 510, I think.

I'm a complete newbie to this, but I can tell you my experience. If I hadn't got the 510, I probably would still smoke analogs(real cigs) still.

2 days now with my 510 and not one analog! And with the NJOY, I still smoked a pack a day, lol.

Try a 510, and you won't regret it. Its like a Cadillac compared to a Yugo, the NJOY being a Yugo!

Buy a Super-T (your choice of atomizer connector) plus a 6V extension sleeve. You can choose to vape at 3.6 volts for ridiculously extended times or vape at 6 volts for a very analog-like experience. Check it out - Super T Manufacturing.
Call me vain, but I wouldn't be caught dead walking around vaping one of those. Joye 510 does the job for me!

I'm a complete newbie and I need some advice on buying an e-cig kit and liquid. I'm a menthol smoker (Newport) and want something that will come close in taste and strength. Can anyone give me some advice on what to buy??

Thanks!!:)

I am going to third the recommendation of the Vapor King/KR808 for this overall thread and also note for BK, that the menthol cartomizers that go with this model from Steve at Vapor4Life are supposedly outstanding. I am inclined to believe this due to the quality of his other cartomizers, but since I avoid menthol I can't personally vouch for it.

That said, the Vapor King or KR808 has basically replaced all of my other devices. It is easy to use, easy to refill the cartomizers, and the folks that are the biggest suppliers of these are flat out fabulous when it comes to customer service and helping out those who are new to vaping. Check out the Vapor4Life and Nhaler sub-forums here for videos, reviews, and personal experiences posted by existing customers.

The VaporKing is awesome, and customer service doesn't get any better then Vapor4Life! Steve is the bomb and always tosses in little goodies so that everytime you order it's like Christmas! I sincerely wish I had heard about it before I spent so much money on other devices (the mighty 510 included)! I don't think it gets much better then VK!

Your mom said not to say...
My Dragon m401 outperforms my 510 models. The taste is far better, the batteries last a lot longer, and to me there is not a nickels worth of difference in the vapor produced really. You will do well with either one in my opinion, there are plenty of people out there that swear by the 510, others the m401, or the various cartomizers. It will come down to personal taste in the end. Many of us get that first kit then we find another that comes along or that we wanted to try in the first place and we end up getting a spare kit anyway. Try not to agonize over it too much, lol! Good luck and welcome, plenty of info on the site here just look around, and if you can't find it there are tons of folks here at all times of the day to help you out.

For the record after all the bad things I hear about Blu despite their ad blitz I would not touch them.
